Aims and purpose of the job
As part of our Financial Services Team, you will provide essential administrative support to our paraplanners and advisers, ensuring the smooth running of the department. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-focused support while complying with all statutory and regulatory processes. You will build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and providers, enabling the financial services team to collaborate effectively and maintain our high standards. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and a commitment to providing professional service in everything you do.
About the Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in financial services. During the programme, you will gain a deep understanding of the financial services market, regulations, and ethical principles while learning about our systems and processes. You will also develop key skills in communication, teamwork, planning, and prioritisation. Alongside on-the-job training, you will work towards the Financial Services Regulation and Ethics (RO1) qualification, setting the foundation for future professional qualifications. With a mix of practical experience and structured learning, this apprenticeship is designed to support your personal growth and career progression.
