After completing building and electrical works on a debtors property, Caledonia Construction Dumfries Ltd tried to contact the Debtor by calls, texts, emails, and letters but they all failed.
Senior Debt Recovery Specialist, Aaron Sambells sent a letter before action and followed up with a phone call a few days. Aaron was able to have a short chat with the debtor and they agreed to pay the balance in full. Aaron’s work was not complete then, he made sure he kept in weekly contact with the debtor to make sure the payment was received and that they paid on the agreed date.
