We had been with our previous auditor for 20 years and decided that we wanted a fresh pair of eyes to audit Eden Valley Hospice and provide feedback.
Alison Welton and her team from David Allen were appointed and they set about gaining a thorough understanding of the Hospice and all the systems and processes in place. It was very clear that they wanted to gain a real insight into how we operate and what each person’s role is.
The audit process went extremely well with our team saying that they had enjoyed the process. The team were professional and knowledgeable in their field and thorough in their work.
