I approached David Allen IT Solutions as my business needed a secure file system for all of the confidential information it stores, the system had to be GDPR compliant but also easy enough to use for everyday working. The team identified that SharePoint Online would work perfectly for the business. Using the Microsoft 365 Services, it allowed me and my team to work from anywhere with an internet connection whilst keeping everything secure and regulation compliant.
After setting me up with our own Microsoft 365 Environment, David Allen IT Solutions fully migrated all of the previous emails and files into the new system seamlessly. The SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Services also allows the business to grow and develop with no limits or restrictions on future use. I now have peace of mind that my medical data is safe, secure and GDPR compliant.
My company provides Occupational Health Services; Pre-Employment Screening, Medical Screening, Drug & Alcohol Testing, Management Referrals, Sickness & Absence Reviews and Health & Wellbeing Services. We also provide Coronavirus Guidance and support to Businesses as well as Professional Medical Aesthetics. I have lots of plans for the future, both with my Occupational Health work and with my Aesthetics Clinic.

Every member of staff is courteous, polite, helpful, knowledgeable. Connor completed all the transfers for us he has shown us efficiency, knowledge and understanding of what we want to achieve.
