David Allen is delighted to announce the expansion of its Recovery Solutions team, adding Debt Recovery Manager, Rachel Seal and Debt Recovery Specialist, Tracey Harman to its fantastic team.

The experienced team of debt recovery professionals, support their clients in all stages of Debt Recovery, whether that be sending out a letter before action or taking enforcement action.

Rachel Seal joins the firm with 21 years’ experience in both financial services and debt recovery.  Rachel has worked in the financial industry from the age of 17, she is a qualified financial and mortgage adviser and has several years’ experience in debt recovery.  Rachel is the driving force behind the team and in the short space of time that she has been with David Allen she has developed the service available to clients and the team are achieving excellent recovery rates for clients.

Rachel said: ‘The country is unfortunately suffering financially and because of this we are seeing an increase in new clients. Clients are needing to recover money and recover it quick.  We are an assertive, responsive, and efficient team who aim to recover our client’s unpaid debt as fast as possible.

I have never worked for a company like David Allen before, the opportunities are endless. The team are so welcoming and approachable and the flexibility that we are given is fantastic.  I am thoroughly enjoying working alongside my new team of Debt Recovery Specialists and I cannot wait to expand our offering further.’

Tracey Harman has also recently joined the growing team. Tracey, who has previously worked for an accountancy firm said:

‘I am excited to join such a forward thinking and modern firm.  Team DA have been extremely welcoming and the focus on their people is something I have never experienced before.

I am joining a growing team of debt recovery professionals, with Rachel managing and driving us forward for bigger and better things.  I am looking forward to the journey that we will take as a team.’

Joanna who has worked in the Recovery Solutions team for over ten years, having previously worked for a large law firm, has a wealth of debt recovery experience and knowledge, and she builds excellent relationships with her clients.  Joanna said:

‘Rachel and Tracey are an excellent addition to our team; we are able to respond and action client requests quickly and efficiently. Recovering a client’s money in very little time.  I am very excited to see the team expand and with Rachels’s enthusiasm for expanding our team and services even further, I think we can only improve on an already excellent client experience.’
