Michelle is our Will Specialist and Team Leader, with several years of experience in Wills, Probate, and later life planning. Before starting at David Allen, Michelle has worked at high level solicitors in Worcestershire and one more local firm. She understands that every client has a unique set of circumstances and therefore requires tailored advice regarding their Wills and planning for later life. She is passionate about putting her clients first and protecting her clients’ estates as well as their legacy. Putting a Will in place can be very daunting, but Michelle circles away from the jargon, making everything simple and as light as possible, ensuring clients receive all the advice they need to make fully informed decision. Michelle’s favourite part of her role is meeting her clients to build strong relationships with them to show them they are in safe hands every step of the way.
Sarah is an essential part of our team as she manages the majority of our Probate work. With great professionalism and empathy, Sarah assists clients with probate applications and estate administration. Her vital role involves meeting with clients to gain information about the deceased’s estate and receiving instructions of how to proceed whilst providing valuable advice. To ensure the estate administration is as smooth as possible for the family of the deceased, Sarah liaises with the financial institutions, HMRC, the courts, solicitors, and charities. Sarah takes immense pride in what she does and as a result, provides a fantastic service at what can be a challenging time for grieving families.
Lyndsey joined our team in June 2021, having spent the last 27 years working as a Legal Secretary for a local law firm. Lyndsey is the first port of call for our clients who have a query, would like to book a meeting, or have any queries about documents that have been sent out. She works closely with our Will Writers to ensure they have the correct documentation needed for their client appointments. She has an eye for detail and demonstrates care and compassion when contacting clients, which provides them with the comfort of knowing they are in good hands.
Molly Clark is the most recent addition to the team, joining us as a Will Writer. She has quickly settled into the team and has an excellent understanding of the processes and how we implement our values here at David Allen. Molly works cohesively with clients to provide the best advice regarding their individual circumstances and then takes specific instructions on what the client would like included in their Will. Once the meeting has concluded, Molly works to draft a Will which is then sent on to be reviewed by the client. She enjoys meeting with clients to build a rapport and thrives collaborating with the team.
Molly joined David Allen as an Administrative Assistant, where she supported Lyndsey in her daily tasks and served as a point of contact for clients seeking assistance. In July 2023, Molly successfully completed her Institute of Professional Will Writers exam and transitioned into the role of Trainee Will Writer. She takes pride in creating legal documents for Will Writers and communicating with clients to address draft revisions. Molly is initiative-taking to deliver outstanding client service and always thinks of our clients’ needs first.
