At David Allen IT Solutions we are thrilled to support McMenon Engineering following their strategic decision to migrate to a new IT support provider in August 2023.

After a thorough evaluation process, McMenon Engineering selected David Allen IT Solutions for its expertise, responsive local support, and commitment to delivering tailored solutions.

McMenon Engineering, a premier manufacturer of flow and temperature measurement instrumentation, needed to maintain a reliable IT infrastructure to maintain productivity and operations in all business sectors throughout the process.

Undertaking such an endeavour required not just technical expertise but also an understanding of our client’s unique needs.  Having a support contract with David Allen IT Solutions means we become ‘your IT department’.  An added benefit for McMenon Engineering was having local IT technicians based in West Cumbria, with the expertise and responsiveness to quickly resolve any issues that arise on site or remotely.

We instigated an initial fact-finding exercise with our IT Director, David Arnold and IT Consultant Rebecca Wilson, who ensured the migration plan was perfectly executed.  This transition proved not only smooth, but beneficial to their overall business operations.

• Meticulous planning and implementation by IT consultant Andrew Towers removed the need for any downtime and allowed McMenon to maintain faultless production.
