Alice Beattie

I started with the firm straight from school as an Accounts Apprentice in 2017. In May 2021 I completed my Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) and I am now studying towards my Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA).

I completed work experience with the firm and after three days I knew this was the place for me. The professionalism and welcoming environment make it an enjoyable place to work.

I live on and have grown up on my family farm, making the Agriculture team perfect for me! I have valuable background knowledge, allowing me to understand our client’s needs.

Working with clients is extremely rewarding and seeing their businesses develop because of the advice we have provided them is satisfying.

Completing my AAT and becoming Accounts Senior at the age of 20 is so far my biggest achievement, I am proud of completing my Chartered Accountant qualification which led to my promotion to Agricultural Manager.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, I enjoy travelling to New Zealand as I have now visited 6 times.
