I joined David Allen through a Level 3 apprenticeship with Carlisle College in 2016. I knew David Allen was a good firm to work for and I decided that joining through an apprenticeship was a great way to start my career.
Since joining, I have developed my knowledge in IT solutions and products, which has also allowed me to offer consultancy with clients from time to time. I have also built on my customer service skills which has allowed me to communicate with clients well and resolve their problems quickly and efficiently.
I believe I bring a personal and confident touch to any scenario when I am speaking with a client, whether it be a support call or project work I always like to deal with queries personally and make sure there are no mistakes made. It is very rewarding when an issue has been resolved or something new has been implemented. Seeing a client back up and running is a great feeling!
Our client focus and professionalism means that I often get good feedback and comments on how helpful and understanding I have been and I think it is really important as an IT Consultant and Account Manager that I am approachable just like the rest of our IT team.
