My extensive background includes running IT companies, specifically Managed Service Providers, and I possess strong technical proficiency in a wide range of areas, including Windows Server installation and migrations, Exchange Server, Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, disaster recovery and backups, Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, wireless and mobile networking, routing & switching, antivirus and security, project management, and IT sales.

I hold Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certifications in Windows Server and Exchange Messaging, along with Microsoft Specialist certification in Office 365, as well as being a Cisco CCENT and FortiNet expert.
