My current role is Business Administrator at David Allen IT Solutions, and my core responsibilities are to organise all admin related tasks, such as invoicing customers, reconciling bank payments and running credit control.
I was interested in working for David Allen IT Solutions as it is a well established, local business, and everyone kept telling me what a good company it was to work for. Every person I have worked with has been very welcoming and helpful. David himself called in to welcome me, a gesture which shows the overall attitude of the business. My goals for the future at David Allen are to learn every aspect of the business and be the ‘go-to’ person who can help anyone.
My strengths show through in this role as I have always been good at admin tasks and organising people. I like to stay connected with all departments, and it is imperative to do so when we have staff across multiple offices. Working alongside my colleagues helps me understand their projects, allowing for a smooth transition when I take on the service endpoint to invoice and answer client queries.
Outside of work, I am dog-obsessed and spend most of my time with my two Border Collies, Caspar and Pepper. I also have a Level 3 qualification in Dog welfare and behaviour. I love to travel; New York City has my heart.
