Having worked in the debt recovery team for over ten years, I have gained a lot of knowledge about how the process works and how to approach different situations.  No two cases are the same and my experience means that I can deal with each case appropriately.

I previously worked for a large law firm so already had some knowledge about how the debt recovery process worked.  Working here has allowed me to put this into practice and to further build on my knowledge.

My clients would say that I am friendly and professional, and I try to understand everybody’s situation with a view to being able to negotiate favorably for clients, which is very important to me.

I like to get to know people and this really helps when it comes to getting a successful outcome.  Recovering monies for clients who are rightfully due payment gives me a great feeling; the clients have bills to pay just like everybody else.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, daughter and son, this tends to keep me very busy!
