Joe Jobson

I worked mainly in retail until recently, when I took the chance to change my career!  I started an IT Infrastructure Apprenticeship with Carlisle College in September 2020, with a Carlisle based telecoms provider.  I then joined David Allen in May 2021 and completed my apprenticeship in December 2021.

I enjoy how IT is totally varied and fast paced, it means there is always something new to learn and it’s never a dull day in the office.  I am quick and able to adapt, whatever the task may be.

I’m very proud of how quickly I have adapted in my new career and built excellent relationships with our clients.  Clients say that I am helpful, polite and deal with issues in a friendly and professional manner.
