I joined David Allen in 2006 as an Accounts Assistant, drawn by the values and dedication to staff development. From the outset, the supportive and innovative environment at David Allen was evident, with a strong focus on client care and continuous improvement.
Throughout my time here, I have been provided with numerous opportunities to grow and refine my skills. The business’s commitment to investing in its people is unparalleled, offering extensive training and development programmes. This supportive culture enabled my progression through various roles, from Accounts Assistant to Accounts Senior, Practice Accountant, and most recently, Practice Manager.
