Lyndsey Riley

In June 2021, I joined David Allen after working for the past 27 years as a Legal Secretary/Probate Assistant for a local law firm.  During my time as a secretary, I dealt with Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney plus Commercial Law and Property Law.

Due to my knowledge and experience, I then progressed to dealing with the administration of estates (Probate), mostly under the Inheritance Tax threshold.

David Allen’s fantastic reputation and care for their employees really stood out to me.  When I attended my interview, I was welcomed most warmly by a lovely reception, which for me sets the tone of the whole company.

I am a big believer in teamwork!  All working together, with each other’s strengths and weaknesses to get the job done well.  I am also very passionate about client care.  I love to meet with clients, old and new, and to make their experience one in which they wish to return to knowing they are in good hands.

I am married and have two wonderful children, Alia and Archie.  I enjoy walking with our labradoodle, Teddy, and a good read.
