I joined David Allen in 2019 as an apprentice, fresh into the world of IT. I was aware of David Allen group as being a great company, so joining the IT department seemed a great fit!
I completed my Level 3 Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship in 2021 through Carlisle College. From there, I got involved in some projects at other aspects of the business to further expand my knowledge.
David asked me to take on the role of Service Desk Manager in 2022, and I have been thoroughly enjoying the role ever since. David Allen IT provided me some specific Service Desk Management training through Service Desk Institute, which has massively helped me get to grips with how to effectively manage the team.
We have a fantastic team at DAIT that I am very proud to be a part of, and it’s been great to see the team support each other and continue to grow!
