Rachel Park

I joined David Allen in 2011 after working for the Bank of Scotland for six years.  I wanted to be a part of the enthusiastic firm that David Allen is building, I haven’t looked back since.

My role is to support our mortgage adviser; communicating with solicitors, submitting mortgage and protection files to our compliance team, contacting clients with updates on their applications, processing protection applications and drafting of recommendation letters for mortgages and protection cases.  As part of my role I also keep our internal systems up to date.

While working at the Bank of Scotland I worked in various roles; cashier, banking adviser and mortgage reviewer.

I love to be organised and I love paperwork, my job comes with a lot of paperwork and I like to keep our client’s files as organised as possible.
