In my role, I am responsible for leading David Allen Recovery Solutions and overseeing our internal credit control. One of the things I enjoy most about my role is its unpredictability, each day brings new challenges and rewards which keeps me both engaged and motivated. I have a strong passion for providing professional tailored support to our clients, helping them navigate debt recovery with ease and confidence, all while staying closely aligned with our company’s mission: To provide outstanding business solutions that empower and future-proof our clients’ success.
My career has been driven by ambition, integrity and a strong work ethic, values that have guided me every step of the way and ultimately brought me to David Allen. Building long lasting client relationships is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my job, whether I am onboarding new clients or strengthening existing ones. Clients describe me as professional, respectful, and determined, while my team would say I’m passionate, supportive, and committed to their success. It’s a privilege to be part of such a collaborative team, where trust, positivity and honesty are the cornerstones of our work.
David Allen’s culture of on-going development is one of the main reasons I joined the team, and I continue to expand my knowledge within the industry, equipping me with the tools to tackle complex debt recovery issues and deliver exceptional service. As I look forward, my goal is to expand my expertise and that of our Recovery Solutions team to benefit our clients further and continue aligning with our mission—to help them grow their businesses by building our own.
Beyond my role at David Allen, I love spending time with my family and our dogs, exploring the great outdoors, cooking, and getting lost in a good book. These hobbies keep me grounded and energised, balancing my life while supporting my passion for what I do at David Allen.
